This feature allows you to easily filter guided content by narrator, voice, duration or category so you can quickly find what works best for you. Many of you have asked for meditations and stories that will play through the night. We listened, and we’re happy to now bring spoken content to playlists! Pick your favourite meditations or stories and add them to any playlist. Last but not least is our new “Heart Coherence” breathing exercise. This exercise is suitable for any length of time during the day or night to help you relax and quiet anxiety.
